Hi my name is Madre and I am based in Rotorua with a home studio.
I am a REPS Registered Personal trainer with over 10 years experience.
I believe a holistic approach is best as it's not just about exercise but a lifestyle change, and therefore I am continuously up scaling my knowledge to meet the needs of my clients .
Some of the upscaling I have done are Next Level Myofascial Movement Coach , Lymphfascial Release , Scar tissue and Myofascial Release , Power Plate Trainer , Pre and Post Natal and Peri Post menopause amongst others
I am very passionate about women's health and as a mother of two I am amazed at what our bodies are capable of during pregnancy, birth and then peri and post menopause.
I also love doing rehabilitation
